Please complete this form to submit a PPR and Slot request to Old Warden for the AOPA Members Fly-in on 6 September 2025.
NOTE: Submission does NOT guarantee the requested slot time will be available and approved. Old Warden have the final say in allocating slot times. Landing Fees will be waived if you enter AOPA when you book in at the airfield.
Slots are every 30 min from 0900L, with up to 8 arrivals every 30 mins to avoid conflict with other airfield users. Slots will be allocated on a first come first served basis by Old Warden. If the 30 minute block you have requested is fully booked you will be offered the nearest available later slot time.
Your slot time will be confirmed by email from Old Warden if slots are still available. The allocated time may be different to the time originally requested.
If you are Non-Radio and have been allocated a slot you will need to call Old Warden on the day with your ETA.
